Acton Town Council Special Meeting Minutes October 25, 2023, Approved
- Call to Order, Flag Salute, & Roll Call – The meeting was called to order by President Jeremiah Owen at 5:00 pm. Present at the meeting: Pam Wolter, Jacki Ayer, Jeremiah Owen, Tom Costan, and Kelly Teno.
- Election – Pam Wolter made a motion that the Acton Town Council waive the November 7th Election due to not enough applicants and that all applicants be seated at the November 6th meeting. Jacki Ayer 2nd the motion. The motion carried.
- Blalock Easement/Well – After discussion about the development and our concern that none of our emails and correspondence with the County is in the record we agreed to make a motion. Jacki Ayer made a motion that the ATC follow up with the County that we agree not to appeal the project if the County amends the hearing report to include our emails and applicants agree there is a public easement along the southern portion of parcel 3217007001. Tom Costan 2nd the motion. The motion carried.
