Questions, comments, and agenda requests
Email the Council with a clear subject, a description of the issue, and your preferred reply address. For a project or property matter, include the location and County case number if available.
To ask about a future agenda item, presentation, or meeting accommodation, describe your request and the meeting date involved. Contact the Council for applicable deadlines and confirmation; sending a request does not confirm placement on an agenda.
Development presenters should review the residential subdivision requirements or commercial and industrial requirements, which call for materials at least two weeks before a presentation can be scheduled.
Attend and participate
Consult the meeting agendas for meeting-specific details and the Standards of Decorum before speaking. Approved minutes document Council proceedings.
