Acton Town Council Special Meeting July 19, 2024 Approved
- Call to Order, Flag Salute & Roll Call – The meeting was called to order at 10:35 am by President Jeremiah Owen. Present at the meeting: Jeremiah Owen, Jacki Ayer, June Perkins and Kelly Teno.
- Appeal – Cell Tower – The wireless tower has gone to hearing without any regard for the Acton Town Councils request that the property violations be addressed before going to hearing. The question is should we appeal. Jacki Ayer made a motion to appeal the hearing officer approval for the cell tower at Red Rover Mine Rd. Kelly Teno 2nd the motion. The motion carried.
