Acton Town Council Special Meeting February 23, 2019 Approved

  1. The meeting was called to order at 4:10pm by President Jeremiah Owen. Present: Jacki Ayer, Dylan Lunde, Jeremiah Owen, Tom Costan, and Kelly Teno. Absent: Pam Wolter.
  2. SEA Discussion – Concerns were raised about the hearing package for the February 27, 2019 Regional Planning Commission Hearing. Concerns included – The ATC comment letter is nowhere to be found in the package and many of our concerns have not been addressed. There is a change to the SEA definition and is was discussed that this could mean they could expand the SEA to include any land with biological resources. It was discussed that maybe Jeremiah should write a letter or email to address why our letter was not included, the questions that have not been answered, the SEA definition, and ask for it to be removed from the agenda until our questions have been answered. Jacki Ayer made a motion to approve sending a letter or email. Tom Costan 2nd the motion. The motion carried.
  3. Adjournment -5:15pm
  4. The meeting was re-opened at 5:20pm Jacki Ayer made a motion to send people to the hearing to talk on this subject. Tom Costan 2nd the motion. The motion carried.
