Acton Town Council Special Meeting, December 11, 2018 Approved

The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm by President Jeremiah Owen. Members present – Dylan Lunde, Jacki Ayer, Jeremiah Owen, Tom Costan, and Kelly Teno.
SEA – The meeting was called to discuss the question the county asked about what ratios would be acceptable for us. The ATC doesn’t feel comfortable answering that question. We need clarification on how they will do the boundaries. They need to justify set back numbers and provide all the documentation. Discussion included the 5 catagories and the resources each is protecting and the ratios, also the past SEA and the exemptions/ now no exemptions in the inholdings in the forest. Which is about 66 homes. There was discussion and questions from the audience. One resident suggested to use Supreme Court presidence. Jacki will draft a letter to discuss and vote on at the next meeting.
